Beth Putnam

Beth and Scott Putnam are certified plant-based nutrition experts. Beth is a university professor, and Scott is a wellness coach with a master's degree in education. Beth began an extensive and fearless journey into the world of prevention and wellness. After two years researching, she discovered that the most abundant, resilient, and sustainable human diet is a plant-based diet. After a serious wake-up call from his doctor, Scott created a dramatic and personal transformation losing 65 pounds in seven months with a whole-food, plant-based diet. Their mission is to empower others toward optimum health and happiness by living a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle that prevents disease, supports wellness and longevity, and nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
