The Neuro Fascial Glide Method for Easier Movement

In this 60-minute live virtual workshop, Erin Tietz, a multi-certified movement specialist and fascia expert, teaches a different entry point for finding relief by restoring natural glide between fascia fibers and neighboring nerves. You’ll learn intentional tactile touch before activation, apply Erin’s Fascia Equation using the SEE sequence (shorten, engage, elongate), and use simple baseline checks and rechecks to compare how your body moves before and after each technique. You’ll also practice guided micro-movements with breath and humming, and join a live Q&A to get your questions answered and feel confident using the method.
