In my Ayurvedic training in India, I found that much of the ancient suggestions are nearly impossible for the modern Western person to follow. So I created my Eat Right for Your Mind-Body Type system, infusing ancient Ayurveda with modern nutritional science and easy-to-make vegan recipes.
