Heart Yoga is a blend of yoga practices that explore the connection between body and heart. This 8-week course on Heart Yoga invites participants to experience this approach, which draws inspiration from the balance of transcendence and immanence, and encourages embodiment and presence.

This course has been specially designed both for persons who have never before practiced yoga as well as for experienced yoga students and teachers. Heart Yoga brings to all who practice it with devotion a renewed vibrancy of being, a deepening sense of inner peace, and the heart energy to act in the world as a channel of love.
