Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN, is a plant-based dietitian and yoga instructor who has a passion for guiding people toward living vibrantly through a foundation of plant-based foods, mindfulness, meditation, and movement. She’s author of The Fiber Effect: Stop Counting Calories and Start Counting Fiber for Better Health and The Vegan Athlete’s Nutrition Handbook: The Essential Guide for Plant-Based Performance. She develops recipes for her blog, Purely Planted, and is a nutrition spokesperson for the Weather Channel.
