Lisa Erickson

Lisa Erickson is an energy worker, meditation teacher, and writer specializing in Women’s Energetics from both a health and spiritual perspective. She draws on many different traditions in her work, including Tantra, Vajrayana Buddhism, Agnostic Christianity, shamanism, yoga, astrology, and several energy healing systems. She is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and certified in several chakra-based healing modalities. She is the creator of a popular women's spirituality blog Mommy Mystic, and writes for online publications about women's energetics, meditation, and the chakras. She works extensively with women in all phases of life, and with women healing from sexual abuse and trauma.
