Kellen Milad is a movement coach and content creator with more than a decade of experience helping others rediscover the joy of movement. Since he was a kid, Kellen has been fascinated by movement and the mind-body connection. After acquiring a master’s degree in counseling psychology, Kellen followed his passion for holistic health and coaching into the fitness industry. Now he’s on a mission to help as many people as possible to move better! Kellen teaches people how to create a daily mindful movement practice that promotes longevity, well-being, and bridges the gap between the gym and the real world. Through his guided practices and programs, Kellen is honored to share his knowledge to help others take care of their body and rediscover the joy of movement and play.
