Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
It happens to all of us: not feeling good enough — as if our inner critic has convinced us we’re somehow undeserving of praise, recognition, or the things we want out of life. In this course, psychologist Dr. Terri Apter reveals the common causes of emotions like these and effective ways to overcome them. Through mindfulness practices and self-calming techniques, you’ll learn how to quiet your self-doubt (aka imposter syndrome), release beliefs that no longer serve you, and build a more supportive inner dialogue. You’ll also receive journaling prompts to help you take pride in your accomplishments, honor your gifts, and step more fully into the things you want to do and care about.
