Amanda brings more than 20 years of teaching experience and a wealth of expertise to her role as a certified meditation and yoga teacher. As a former professional dancer and with a master's degree in dance technique pedagogy, she possesses a deep understanding of movement, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection. However, it was during a challenging period marked by injury and a diagnosis of blood cancer that Amanda discovered the power of walking meditation. This practice not only helped her gently regain strength — it also helped her foster resilience and joy. Passionate about sharing the profound benefits of meditation and yoga, Amanda firmly believes in their ability to uplift, inspire, and empower individuals on their paths to well-being. With a heart full of compassion, she endeavors to share the benefits of meditation and yoga with as many people as possible.
