This 10-day course by yoga and wellness teacher Leah Sugerman will help you cleanse your mind and body by alleviating tension and strain physically while simultaneously encouraging mental growth, clarity, and peace. In each lesson you'll learn how to practice a yoga routine with pranayama (breath work) and a guided meditation. Each routine will focus on a different area of the body to help release stress, alleviate any chronic pain, and create greater flexibility and balance in both body and mind.
