This 21-day program gathers a variety of tools designed for building strength, supporting flexibility, and toning. This course is based on the 6 Pilates Principles of Joseph H. Pilates, AND you will be taught by me, award-winning Pilates DVD star, Ana Cabбn. I will share with you the tools and the secrets that I have used over the past 20 years to inspire millions of people around the world to live happier, healthier lives. I've filled this 21-day program with killer Pilates workouts that are actually derived from classical Pilates. My brand new workouts demonstrate cutting edge methods to help support you in feeling strong and confident in your body! Plus, I'm including my favorite inspirational quotes, healthy recipes, a workout log (and more) to give you the techniques necessary to achieve your very own Pilates body and fabulous life... I will be right there to guide you through 21 days of engaging and enjoyable Pilates workouts. In the coming days and weeks, I'll coordinate for you, healthy lifestyle tips, inspirations and motivation for the Pilates challenges awaiting you, to help you explore a lifestyle that aligns with your wellness goals. This easy-to-follow program will help you progress in your fitness journey and encourage healthy habits over time. These foundational "Pilates principles" include body-part-targeted workouts, cardio sets and stretch routines that will offer you practical routines to help you pursue fitness and feel good in your body, no matter your starting point.
