In this course, Jonathan Mendoza (aka Nurse Doza) will teach you how to identify dopamine deficiency symptoms. You also will learn about effective methods and dietary choices to naturally increase dopamine levels to revitalize your life and improve your cognitive health.

Here’s what he has to say about breaking the grip of dopamine deficiency:

DailyOM: Tell us about the role dopamine plays in our daily lives and why understanding it is crucial for our happiness and well-being.

Jonathan: Dopamine is a hormone and neurotransmitter that helps us function. When there are sufficient levels in the body, it provides us with pleasure, reward, focus, and motivation. A goal in life should be to support healthy dopamine as we age, but some people struggle with their dopamine and have low levels, known as dopamine deficiency.

Dopamine deficiency can lead to brain fog, poor mood, and lack of motivation. Dopamine can decrease over time. It's vital that we learn how to take control of our health to support a healthy production of dopamine so that our brain and body can both function at a higher level. Optimized brain health (and happiness) comes from optimal dopamine levels in the body.

DailyOM: Brain fog is a common yet elusive challenge for many. How does your course approach the topic of brain fog and its connection to dopamine levels?

Jonathan: When we are talking about dopamine, we are talking about mental wellness, something that I am very passionate about as this subject affects all of us. Dopamine deficiency can lead to brain fog which can affect our overall well-being. Brain fog is a common daily occurrence for some, and it can lead to poor performance and function. I want to teach people how to increase a healthy production of dopamine, so they can have healthy brain function and be their best.

Imagine if everyone had healthy amounts of dopamine? We would be a lot happier, more productive, and more enthusiastic about life. Imagine how that impacts communities when they have healthier, happier, more focused leaders? That's a world I want to live in.
